It aims to be a friendly and straightforward guide for the Publicis Groupe Talent Growth. And, because it is a PEOPLE’s journey program, it has people in focus, so it aims to be friendly and practical, not theoretical nor perfectly detailed. Its main intention is to help build a stronger team, with new employees being guided and integrated with the help of internal stakeholders. At the same time, seniors are assisted along their paths inside the group.

The program has two separate divisions, according to the main two types of journeys: Junior Positions and Seniors.
