Every month of January (or in the first three months after joining PG Ro), the Employee inputs the holiday plan in the Holidays app for the entire year and sends it for approval to the Direct Manager, who Approves/Rejects holiday requests based on business needs.

There are three Catch-up meetings plus one Wrap-up meeting—four meetings per year, one per quarter.

Besides the four meetings (three Catch-up Meetings and one Wrap-up Meeting), the New Employee or the Direct Manager may request monthly recurring one-to-one feedback meetings. Having monthly One-to-one Meetings helps the Employee and the Agency reach their maximum potential.
